That is the problem with a lie. It usually needs more lies to cover it up. And then one person gets a conscience when someone goes to far.
There is part of us that says it doesn’t matter how they get a confession because we want the dangerous people off the streets but with recent DNA results freeing innocent people, it is a little scarier.
