Rebellious Nuns Evicted From Convent

For them to be rebellious I imagined them with cigarettes and tattoos. Let’s think this through. You decide to become a nun. You give up men and all of the typical vices. You promise to follow the codes of the church and I guess believe that the Word of God goes through the Pope and thus the Vatican. But when the Vatican tells you to “replace the current Mother Superior” you refuse? Are you being nun-ly?

The police must have known something we didn’t. “About 150 police in riot gear went into the compound to find the ex-nuns defiantly singing religious songs and playing instruments, Puzewicz said.” 150 riot gear strapped police??

“Several nuns, many of whom appeared to be in their 20s, screamed at police, calling them “servants of Satan,” as they were escorted out and into waiting buses.” Apparently the Mother Superior was having revelations and they didn’t want her to go. I guess this is how splinter religions are created.
