See the video story here. And here is the written article. They are calling for a moratorium on Tasers which I think is crap. They say they may be abused but I would take my chances with a Taser vs Gun. People want to complain too much. If there wasn’t a Taser than maybe they would get the crap beat out of them with a night stick.
