Man Chases Down Naked Car Thief

I love these weird stories if for no other reason than there is always so stupid quote from someone.  Here is my favorite.

“Instantaneously, I thought someone was just playing in it. Once he got to the gate and crashed through the gate, I knew something wasn’t right,” Johnson said.

Really?  When he crashed through the gate you knew something wasn’t right?  It wasn’t when a NAKED GUY  jumped into the tow truck.   It wasn’t when the NAKED GUY started the vehicle or even when he began driving.  It was when he crashed through the gate that you knew something wasn’t right with the NAKED GUY.
