Of course in the world of one-upmanship this was bound to happen. Someone, possibly a previous resident of the facility, called in fake orders to have a two teenagers given electroshock therapy. I guess the workers have to be shock happy to not verify the orders somehow.
Man would I hold the biggest grudge. I still remember the kid who made fun of me for eating fresh spinach in kindergarten. I would punch him again.
