This guy went through hell. I have no real desire to travel to small southern countries. Maybe it is the movies or random stories I hear like this one.

A guy is in Nicaragua printing an eco friendly magazine and gets accused of murdering his girlfriend. Besides evidence proving otherwise he is convicted of killing and raping her and spends a year in jail, a jail in a small latin country with mobs wanting to kill him.

I am scared to go to prison here. He said that he saw people die of medical neglect. If I was to ever go to prison, I would constantly be in the infirmary. I would be pwned in prison and I ain’t going to be anyone’s bitch.

So stop stealing supplies from work people!

On the Rick Emerson Show they came across a video that is so bad that Rick had to shut it off after 8 seconds. So they talked around and about it for awhile before some courageous listeners volunteered to watch it at the station.

Four volunteers came in. Three men and one woman if I recall correctly. Only the woman made it the full 60 seconds which was shocking because her voice was so sweet. The guys turned away or closed their eyes well before 60 seconds. Most regret seeing it.

This video almost made one guy puke. Now Rick isn’t a shock jock or do gross out stuff as a schtick but every once in awhile he comes across these things. I would watch this video but Rick has taught me that curiosity isn’t always a good thing from a previous show.

A few months ago Rick did the Worst Story Ever. One story was so bad that the bit is now called the Second Worst Story Ever. The story was so bad. I don’t think he actually said what it was but there were enough clues that I found it on the internet. Stupid internet. I kick myself often for learning it and every once in awhile it pops back up and I kick myself some more.

One day I will watch this video when I forget the lessons from Rick. Until then you can all make the decision yourself as my friend just did. He hates me now and blames me for tricking him into watching it. He is even more pissed I made him promise to tell me nothing of it.

Rick’s site tells you many times not to watch it and then many more that it is not safe for work. I have learned to believe him. Will you heed his warning?

I just read “The 5 Shows That Must Go” according to MSNBC. I am not even going to link to them because I found it to annoying and uninformed. It didn’t help that three of my shows were on the list.

The reasons they gave didn’t even make sense. It sounded like a knee jerk reaction from a parent about their kids music. I doubt they either watched it or they were forced to read it by their boss.

They should be doing an article on shows to save. Shows die all of the time for good and bad reasons. I wonder if these are wannabe writers who couldn’t get their show made.

The crackdown has begun. I never thought it would go this far. The funny part is that they keep adding more taxes and then they won’t be getting the taxes that they are becoming dependent on. I don’t smoke but this is getting to be a little bit much.
